Introducing the new and innovative Body Trainer mattress that combines advanced comfort and sustainability, designed by Manifattura Falomo in collaboration with the Ergonomics Institute in Munich.
Designed to be a personal wellness assistant, it offers gradual welcoming thanks to the Feel HD surface layer, which supports the body without compressions.
Advanced technology for active sleep
The new Body Trainer mattress features an internal structure with opposing rollers that accommodate horizontal movements during sleep, adapting to the weight and pressure exerted on its surface. The rolling of the middle layers gives freedom of movement but without creating compressions. In addition, this innovative design promotes the re-alignment of the spine during sleep, contributing to an energetic awakening.
Environmental sustainability
The new Body Trainer mattress is characterized by the use of environmentally sustainable foams and raw materials. The water-based expanded polymers chosen for its production reduce the use of chemical solvents, minimizing environmental impact. In addition, the integration of polymers based on renewable and biodegradable vegetable oils highlights Manifattura Falomo’s commitment to a circular economy.
Comfortable and recyclable lining
We chose Purfi-certified Recentel fabric for the outer cover, a completely recyclable soft fiber. While the hypoallergenic Solotex® padding is washable, resistant, and breathable.
Right underneath the upper cover is a second inner cover made of MicroTencel® Fresh, which is ideal for the hot season thanks to its PCM Fresh nanotechnology treatment, allowing it to maintain an optimal temperature.
The combination of these materials ensures a hygienic, cool, and long-lasting sleep environment.
A new mattress for the circular economy
The Body Trainer mattress represents an important step in the transition to a circular economy. Nearly all of its components are recyclable: fabrics and fillings are recovered, separated, and regenerated to give the materials a new life.
In fact, each kilogram of recovered material corresponds to about 3 meters of new regenerated fabric, thus highlighting our tangible commitment to sustainability.
