Innergetic^® is a naturally derived open-cell foam with a multitude of tiny air bubbles. The air bubbles and ventilation channels inserted in the product during injection allow for excellent air circulation and promote moisture dissipation. Innergetic^® compresses only at the points of contact, reacting immediately with an elastic response: the pressure exerted by the body is distributed evenly and the spine is supported correctly.

Cotton is the most important plant textile fibre used in weaving because of its exceptional softness against the skin. Manifattura Falomo uses it for the upholstery and padding of its products, as it is an excellent conductor of heat dispersed by the body and keeps the skin cool.

The outer cover is provided with a zipper for convenient removal and washability.

The link between dust allergies and the bed system is quite common. In fact, the latter represents the ideal place for mites to settle and proliferate. The cover of this product is machine washable to allow mites and pollen to be effectively eliminated and prevent their development for a safe and hygienically flawless sleep at all times.

Only successfully tested products can display the OEKO-TEX^® STANDARD 100 Class I certification, which ensures the absence of substances harmful to health: the more a product comes into contact with the skin, the stricter the controls and requirements the product must fulfil. Class I is the highest level of certification as it covers products in direct contact with children’s skin.

European Union regulation for the registration, evaluation, authorisation and/or restriction on the use of chemicals. The Reach system obliges all companies manufacturing chemicals to assess the risks arising from their use and to take the necessary measures to limit the risk.

This certification guarantees that the raw material used to produce the mattresses is truly natural latex and that there is a total absence of toxic elements with which the raw material could come into contact during the manufacturing process.

The LGA Möbelprüfinstitut laboratory in Nuremberg has awarded Manifattura Falomo the LGA-SCHADSTOFFGEPRÜFT certificate after rigorous testing. The tests carried out prove that Manifattura Falomo products:

• Have brilliantly passed and fulfilled the legal requirements;
• Have a 'formaldehyde concentration' (0.01 ppm) well below the minimum (0.03 ppm);
• Do not present carcinogenic substances;
• They are free of volatile organic compounds (the legal requirement indicates a minimum value of 550 μg/m3 while Manifattura Falomo soya mattresses have a much lower value of 39 μg/m3);
• Are free of substances that are harmful and toxic to the human organism.
